As the egg producers' community in the United States turned to Denmark and other European countries to discuss the possibility of exporting eggs in light of their high prices in the United States.
A representative of the community said: "We are in the midst of a crisis: egg prices in the United States are exceptionally high. We hope for successful interaction with Denmark and other countries to discuss possible ways to decrease prices and improve the situation in the egg market."
"We are counting on cooperation and productive dialogue with our partners abroad to find a way out of this difficult situation," he added.
