The Danish toy company 'Lego' unveiled a new interactive element at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. The company described it as one of the most significant developments in the 'Lego' system in decades. The new piece is called 'Lego Smart Brick'. It is equipped with a speaker, LED lights, and a small chip that allows it to interact with other 'Smart Bricks' and mini-figures. 'Smart Brick' contains a dedicated chip slightly larger than four millimeters, copper coils, and a rechargeable battery. This enables the piece to sense the distance and direction to other smart bricks in its vicinity.
